How send a Fax

1. Log In to Your WebFax Account
1- Access the Intermedia WebFax portal according to your organization’s Intermedia Unite version (3.0, 3.5, or 4.0).
You must log in using your fax number (with country code) and PIN. https://cp.intermedia.net 
2- Enter your WebFax number with country code (for example, “1” for North America) and your PIN.
3- If you need to reset your PIN, Intermedia provides instructions in the WebFax Accounts section.

2. Navigate to the “Send a Fax” Tab

Once inside your WebFax portal:

  • Click Send a Fax to open the fax‑sending interface.
    This is where you will upload files, add recipients, and configure fax options.


3. Upload the Document You Want to Fax

You may upload up to 5 documents or 50 pages in a single fax.

To upload:

  • Click Browse and select the file from your computer, or
  • Drag and drop the file into the upload area.
  • For multiple files, click Add a File.
    All uploaded files will be merged into a single fax transmission

4. Add Recipients

In the recipient field, you may enter:

  • A fax number, and/or
  • An email address.

For multiple recipients:

  • Separate entries with a semicolon (;) as stated in Intermedia documentation

5. Configure Fax Details

You must fill in the sender’s information as well as the recipient’s details.
In addition, it is important to include a subject and a message so the recipient does not flag the fax as spam.



6. Send the Fax

Click Send.

Intermedia will make three automatic delivery attempts, each separated by 5 minutes.
If the fax still fails after the third attempt, it will be marked as delivery attempt unsuccessful.

7. Click Sent Fax Log

This process may take several minutes.
