Please download and run the following:

Please go to the following location and download the latest version of our plug-in associated with your version of Adobe Acrobat to your desktop.

From your desktop, I want you to right click and run the gemsignplus.exe installer as an "Administrator".

Once you finish downloading and installing the Adobe plug-in, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Open Adobe

Step 2: Click Edit

Step 3: Click Preferences

Step 4: Click Signatures

Step 5: Under Digital Signatures > Verification > click "More"

Step 6: Put a dot next "Always use the default method"

Step 7: Click the down arrow and choose "Topaz.GemSignPlus"

Step 8: Click ok

Step 9: Under Digital Signatures > Creation & Appearance > click "More"

Step 10: Go down to "Default Signing Method" and you will see a drop next to it.

Step 11: Click the down arrow and choose "Topaz.GemSignPlus"

Step 12: Click ok

Step 13: Left click security enhanced 

Step 14: Under Sandbox Protections, Remove check next to "Run in AppContainer" (if applicable)

Step 15: Under Sandbox Protections, Remove check next to "Enable protective mode at start up" (if applicable)

Step 16: Left click ok 

Step 17: Close and reopen Adobe 

Once you have completed the above instructions you should be able to sign in Adobe.

If needed, steps on how to sign in Adobe DC

Step 1: Click Tools

Step 2: Click Certificates

Step 3: Click Digitally Sign

Step 4: At this point you will be prompted to click and drag a box with your mouse.

Step 5: After doing so, the Signature Capture window will appear.

Step 6: When you are finished signing, click Accept and the signature will be embedded into the PDF.
